What’s Next? Taylors TownSquare Updates
I hope the summer has treated you well. It's somehow already back to school-time, but over the summer, we had no shortage of things to keep us busy.
Our biggest project of the moment is the continuing steps following the acquisition of Chick Springs. Your contributions have been invaluable in this journey, but the work continues. Right now, we've divided our work into a couple of key segments:
Planning Work: We always knew the property acquisition was step one, and now we must move forward with several other work streams. We need to do a proper existing conditions report of the property's historic elements that will feed into the master plan we develop for this property, along with a few other tasks.
On-the-ground Work: While planning, we must maintain the grounds to ensure the property stays intact. We will also need to clean out a few areas of the property that we have yet to be able to access before.
As we move into this further work, I would like to emphasize the importance of your support for the preservation of Chick Springs. This work costs money, and we need your resources to continue preserving this property. Due to ongoing vandalism at the property, we will need to install connected cameras and lighting, for example.
